During our recent travels in New Orleans, we curated (what we think is) a pretty cool list of 5 things to do in New Orleans. The magic that is in the NOLA air comes to life as soon as you turn on to Canal Street. But that’s just the beginning. New Orleans also provides a vast array of activities for all your guests. It is truly impossible to be bored in New Orleans.
There are so many exciting things to do, we couldn’t possibly list them all, so here are just a few highlights.
1.New Orleans School of Cooking
Located in the heart of the French Quarter, New Orleans School of Cooking provides a unique and entertaining experience. During the three-hour hands on class, participants are taught how to make their own gumbo, jambalaya, and pralines.
2. Enjoy Brunch at The Court of Two Sisters
The Court of Two Sisters embodies everything that makes New Orleans magical. Their Jazz Brunch buffet is offered daily between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Their menu offers various hot and cold dishes no matter the season.
3. City Segway Tours of New Orleans
This three-hour tour highlights The French Quarter, the Mississippi River, the Treme Neighborhood, Louis Armstrong Park, Congo Square, Jackson Square, Bourbon Street, and The Old U.S. Mint.
4. The National World War II Museum

The New Orleans Food and Wine Experience shows off two of the things that New Orleans does best. This annual event hosts hundreds of wineries and restaurants.
